International Friendly Shipping-
MookieGifts currently bills and ships worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for taxes, VAT fees or other duties charged at the country of delivery. All fees and taxes charged at the country of delivery are not included in your total. Currency conversion is handled by your credit card company, please contact them for current rates. We ship all international orders Airmail through the United States Post Office. Once the United States Post Office has delivered to your respective delivery service, we can no longer track the package and are no longer accept responsibility for delivery. Your shipping cost will be determined by the total weight of the order. The minimum charged for your area will display on your confirmation but does not guarantee this will be the actual amount charged. The charge is based on the total weight of the order once it is packaged. In some cases, the shipping cost may be less than the minimum displayed. Please email us if you need a quote. We will update your order with the correct shipping costs once packed.
99% of our items can be shipped internationally, a few are too large or are restricted to only the USA.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns with no questions asked. Please notify us before you send the item(s) back to us, and we will give you instructions & a RMA Ref Number. Without the number we cannot accept your package. Returns must be done within 5 days** from the time you received the package. All unseasonal item(s) must be in new or unused condition. Any item returned that is not in salable condition, will not be eligible for a refund. Seasonal items, discounted items or discontinued items may not be returned. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, only the cost of the item and sales tax (if applied) will be refunded. We do not refund duties or customs fees. All returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. If merchandise is returned for a refund that originally qualified for free shipping, the shipping costs on the original shipment will be deducted from the refund. Once MookieGifts.com receives the returned item, a refund will be processed to the credit card used for purchase within two business days. If you would like to exchange your item (possibly a different size), you must contact us within 5 days to obtain an EA number. You can return it at your shipping expense and must be in the original condition. We will then ship the exchange at your shipping expense.
**Extended Holiday Season Returns: For purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas, return requests will be accepted through December 31.
Special Orders- If you placed an order that is not in stock and requires us to order (such as specific sizes or large quantities), we charge a 40% restocking fee for returns. (This only applies for specific sizes or large orders)
All orders refused will incur a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping fees.
Order Acceptance and Processing:
Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MookieGifts reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to accept or decline the order for any reason. Orders may be filled in full or in part. The price of the item will be displayed on your order. If there are any price changes, you will be notified by email. All items are purchased directly from the manufacturing company. The manufacturers have verified the products passed the safety standard requirements on the products. If you have any specific questions regarding an item, please contact us prior to your purchase. All orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our credit and fraud avoidance department. This may delay the processing of your order. We may notify you that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box and/or must ship to the credit card billing address. This is all done to protect you, and us as the merchant. We cannot be held responsible if an order is delayed for any of these or other reasons.
