A Real Fixer Upper... I believe the expression is a typical American one. When a property on the market needs some improvements, it may be described as a ‘fixer-upper’. The location may be wonderful, it may be colorful, but it’s just not in pristine condition. Our red cabin cruiser has seen better days as a yacht, but as home décor it’s hard to beat with its wonderful patina and aged look. Besides, who needs sails in a living room…?
